Annet Mahendru
Mahendru was born to a Russian mother and Hindu Indian father in Afghanistan. She is proficient of German Russian English. Annet Mahendru's parents are Russian as well as Indian. When she was 11, Annet Mahendru choreographed and performed a dance which led to an appearance on German TV appearance. Her performance featured a Russian-born snow maiden who was transformed into an exciting Indian dancer. Her high school graduation was in New York and received a Bachelor of Arts in English at St. John's University. After school she took acting classes at the HB Studio, but she left to study improvisation at The Groundlings School taking on several comedy shows afterward. Her story began in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) as well as Russian Olga (mother). Her father moved her to East Meadow, New York when she was thirteen year old. She stars in FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. In FX's The Americans as Nina Sergeevna Krilova is one of her best TV performance. Her role was a regular one on Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
